We all know the dangers of texting and driving but a woman in Pennsylvania found out what can happen if you text and WALK...
At least one person doesn't find this video funny and that person is Cathy Cruz Marrero, the victim of this terrible "accident". Now she is suing the mall, claiming that she could have been seriously hurt and that the security guards should have helped her instead of laughing at her.
But does she have a case?
Absolutely, Cathy had tonnes of people to blame for not stopping her from her virtual plunge into a hydrous oblivion of spare change and teenage urine...I have broken it down for you....OBSERVE!

B had ample time to inform her that removing her cell phone and texing while walking directly towards a pond of water may result in an earlier than anticipated bath. In addition to that, the mall did not have a sign warning her that there was a huge, clearly visible pond in the vicinity. A warning sign like, "BEWARE OF TEXTING AND FALLING INTO POND," "LARGE BODY OF WATER = POND" or "POND NOT COMPUTER GENERATED."

C refused to aid their fellow Homo Sapien by informing her that her texting activities would now almost certainly result in an unscheduled trip to the beach. They didn't utter so much as a "HEY!" or "HEADS UP!" or "BIG POND FRONT OF YOU!"

C refused to acknowledge or offer assistance to the victim and carried on shopping, looking for deep discounts and sales. Person
A actually moved closer than his original location to get a VIP, front row, court side seat. Finally, person
D the security guard. Not only did he not see the need to do anything but he proceeded to post the video on youtube for our amusement. And here we are today...
SEE: OPEN AND SHUT CASE. EVERYONE ELSE THAT WAS THERE AT THE MALL IS TO BLAME AND NOT CATHY. SHE WAS JUST TRYING TO SEND A TEXT!
