A good friend of mine once said, attracting women is a cumulation of three variables:
1.Security
2.Personality
3.Looks
To be absolutely specific about it, he said that you need to display at least two of the three and women will be falling at your heels. His exact theory is related to sense of humor, looks and wealth i.e either you have to be rich and funny, funny and good looking or good looking and rich. If you have two of the three variables, you need to at least be working on the third e.g. so you can be funny, good looking and poor but going to college with the goal or motivation of working on being rich (you get the idea).

How to get rich:
There is no short cut. You generally need to work hard. Although many rich people had one genius idea that made them millions, the vast majority of people went to school, got many degrees and worked their way up the ladder. There has been a new wave using retardation to amass wealth but if you are not genuinely retarded people will see right thought it. You have to genuinely be stupid and not realize it (see Snooki from J-Shore). In the meantime, you can take out a bunch of loans to mask your poverty . There are numerous banks and organizations that you can go to for this.
How to get a better personality.
The best thing you can do to improve your personality is hang out with people that have a good personality. Often being sunny and having a good demeanor is good enough. If you are not funny, appreciating humor will do. There are plenty of self help books to this degree but ultimately you may waste a lot of money learning that you simply need to be pleasant around people and and you can get by.
How to be good looking.
My mom explained to me that everybody can at least be a 6 if they look after themselves. If looks are not your strong point, don't make them your weak point by dressing like a homeless person, not showering and smelling like 4 month old cheese.Try to stay well kept and you should be fine.
