What terrible fate could possibly fall upon a woman that she would attempt to end her life just a few days before Judgement Day? Chinese national Li-Wan prepared for her special wedding day and waited in anticipation for her husband to be. Sadly, all she received was a phone call and the news that her husband to be had married another woman? This scheduling conflict was a little too much for Li-Wan to handle and she decided to put herself out of her misery by attempting to plunge to her own demise, wedding dress and all.

Decked out in her wedding gown, Li-Wan is ready to hit the deck after wedding day rejection.

A reporter, who was watching events as they unfolded snapped a few high definition photos before alerting authorities. Thankfully, A quick thinking policeman managed to grab Li-Wan by the neck as she attempted to jump. Li-Wan is currently in seclusion with her family, best wishes to her and props to the guy for managing to be the biggest douchebag I have come across since Dimitri. If there is any lesson to be learned here, it's that "yes guys, weddings are THAT important to women."
