A Puppy Being Very Very Naughty!

Earlier in the week, we had Mango the Dog flee her owners and head straight for a busy highway (I-84). Chaos ensued. Mango was captured but not after compromising traffic and causing one man to eat the tarmac face-first.

Against popular opinion, I hypothesized that this was deliberate and that the dog enjoyed making a fool of it's owner and the public in general. You don't believe me? Have a look at the picture below.
