Cop Gives 6-year-old Mexican Boy, Gael Santiago a Traffic Ticket!
Gael Santiago took his punishment like a man.
Traffic cops in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico's murder capital, gave a 6-year-old Gael Santiago a citation after he crashed his toy motorcycle into an SUV, explained a police spokeswomen with very little shame...

Just in case you think all cops are jerks (like me) and I have good reason for it as evidenced here: my jaywalking ticket debacle. Now, the long hand of the law is being applied to toddlers. If you are 6 years and under, be sure to be licensed when operating your vehicle as the law will make no exceptions for you.

The incident occurred on Dec. 27. Gael Santiago, was riding his toy motorcycle in the gated subdivision where his family lives and collided with an SUV that had blown a stop sign, the driver of the SUV was unharmed.

Officers awarded the boy a citation for driving without a license and colliding with another vehicle. They then proceeded to dispossess the boy of his vehicle and charge him for the cost of transporting the toy motorbike to the municipal dump.

Municipal officials returned the toy motorcycle to the boy the same afternoon not because they felt stupid for ticketing a child, but because it was found that the driver of the SUV was at fault for failing to stop.

Don't believe me??......
