Florida Mother Posts Picture of Child with Bong on Facebook, both suspected to be high (pic)

The Florida Department of Children and Families launched an investigation and planned to drug test both the mother and child. Department of Children and Families presumes the mother must be high for posting such a picture on Facebook. They also determined that the child was observed to be consuming milk in a suspicious manner, pointing to evidence of the munchies.
The mother protests that the photo was taken as a joke. The mother is quoted to have said:
"If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO (sic) pipe,....."
".....And i took a pic to show one F@cken person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high."
According to the Palm Beach Post, the mother is "facing one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a first-degree misdemeanor."
