The 10 point Scale of Beauty: A 7 (Cute/Pretty)

Cute can be interchanged with pretty, although pretty conventionally describes only females and carries a slightly more positives tone. I will use cute for the purposes of this discussion. Nobody can quite figure out why exactly a cute person attracts people. Their ability to attract the opposite sex is in some regards an anomaly and can't be explained easily. In fact, by every means of objective judgment most people can agree that they are nothing to write home about.

If you ask anyone what the exact definition of "cute" you will find it is widely disputed. Cute people are often described in vague ways that could really go either way, for example:

Decent looking
Ok looking
Good looking but in a weird way
Hot for some reason
There is just something about her/him
His look don't harm him
(Shoulder Shrug)

In summary, cute people are not conventionally attractive. In fact, they may even be slightly unattractive, but in such a uniquely distinctive way that they may fool some people into thinking otherwise. Rather than show people photos of a cute person, people will tend to try to introduce this person to other people in person. This is because a cute person's quirks and magnetic ora translates well in person but poorly in photographs.

Guy: Sweet man...does she have pics up on Facebook?
Guy2: Yeah man.....but, I got a low battery so I can't send you the link. She'll be at the party tonight though, you should meet her.

Cute people are well liked and make better long term mates than the people above them because they are great to be around and generally very interesting people. This is because while they are not outstanding in terms of their looks, they are good looking enough to be confident and full of life. This gives them a spark that draws people to them.

The "cute fat girl" (CFG) that everyone is mysteriously drawn to, sometimes even over her slimmer, more conventionally attractive counter parts.

Chance of Marriage: 95.7 %
What's not to like? They aren't super attractive but they have plenty to offer. Sadly, the multitudes of materialistic people out there will miss out on a great person and choose to go for inferior but better looking alternatives.

Chance of divorce: 8 %
In the long run the great equalizer of time will wither away everyone's looks but a cute person's solid personality and magnetism are traits they will always possess for the rest of there lives.
