David Beckham -- masterfully disguised as "Ricky" in a bright red polo, thick
glasses, and a cap stood in the cosmetic section of Target with a
few bottles of his self-branded cologne, wreaking all sorts of havoc, pranking customers left, right and center. I know what you are thinking, David Beckaham is not smart or funny enough to pull this off by himself and you'd be spot on with that analysis. The Dullard of an Ex-man United player, and current LA Galaxy player (mascot) had comedian Ellen DeGeneres feeding him material through a concealed device.
Beckam does it all, including: getting customers to smell the scent off his legs, convincing a skeptical customer he's from Australia, and yelling "HOWDY PARTNERRR" down the isle in his best rendition of a Texan accent. Becks continues to douse customers in his cologne, chanting "If you stink,
come buy cologne," even suggesting to one gentleman that he steal a bottle. Finally, he reveals that he is actually David Beckham..... All in good fun!
