Facebook Timeline May Cause Major Privacy Issues (Video)!
With Facebook rolling out their Facebook Timeline Stalker Edition, now you can see what a loser you were in 2007. The new Facebook Timeline may be in violation of a court settlement with the Electronic Privacy Information Center in which Facebook declared they would not make privacy changes without express user consent.
The fact is, Facebook offering our information to marketing companies is part and parcel of the fabric of it's existence, whether it be directly or through allowing third party apps to fool us into doing so. If you are worried about privacy issues, you are probably stupid. Do you seriously expect privacy from what is essentially a public forum? If you built a house, you wouldn't build the shower outside the front gate and then complain when people take a peak at your buttocks. Similar concept at work here ~minus the buttocks ~ I hope.
With the potential for information to be shared or be visible through loopholes, often as a result of Facebook making change after change, it seems asinine to put anything on Facebook that you wouldn't put on a billboard outside your house or scream through a megaphone in the streets.
