A controversial photo of a Penn State sorority went viral after it was posted to Facebook. The photo shows ignorant, mostly white, sorority girls at a Mexican-themed Halloween party dressed in native Mexican attire with various signs that they thought were really funny at the time.

Signs that read:

“Will mow lawn for weed and beer”

“I don’t cut grass, I smoke it”

Racist Mexican Party Penn State Soritty.
Mexican-themed sorority party, members dressed up in ponchos, mustaches and sombreros and got their "racist-on."
This picture demonstrated that all a group of college educated women could come up with as cultural representation for their Southern neighbors were serapes, sombreros, ponchos and racist slogans.
