16ft Long Burmese Python Found in South Florida (pics)
South Florida Water Management District workers hold a 16-foot-long Burmese python that was captured and killed in Florida's Everglades National Park. The Python had recently consumed a 76-pound deer.
The reptile was one of the largest ever found in South Florida. The snake is also suspected to have munched on a 6-foot-long American alligator who will feel a little embarrassed that his managed to be eaten. The snake was captured alive and was in a docile state, suffering from the itis after it's recent indulgences.
