Toronto, Canada, A man and woman have been charged with engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior after having steamy sex on a subway car and on the platform of a transit station ~ in the middle of the afternoon ~ our advice to them, get a room (Rent Calgary).
TCC Spokesperson Brad Ross explains that a customer activated the passenger alarm when the on-board, hard-core entertainment proved too much to swallow.
The train stopped at Spadina and a TTC guard boarded and kicked the couple off the train, but evidently they weren't finished.
“Alcohol being a factor, they apparently decided they hadn’t completed their journey and continued on the platform,” Ross said.
A passenger was quick to capture the action on video tape as the couple decided they'd go out with a bang rather than wait to be submitted to authorities silently. A video can be viewed of the couple doing the deed with the man's buttocks exposed and authorities nearby trying to put an end to it ~ but not hard enough.
Brad Ross mentions that the video appears to be genuine but that he was unable to access it from work. “People engaged in a sexual act on board a subway train in front of everybody else is not something the TTC… condones. Well, it is against the law,” Ross added.
Shortly after the train stopped at Spadina, police and EMS arrived on the platform. The couple was charged and transported to hospital due to their inebriation. I guess you can call that the climax of the action.
But seriously.......how much do you have to drink/smoke/inject/sniff for it to come to this???
