Piedmont, Oklahoma - Police Officer Ken Qualls, responding to reports of a vandal going around urinating on people's vehicles, found who he deemed to be the perp in the act.

Officer Qualls found 3-year old Dillan Warden just as he was about to whip out his 'hose pipe' and urinate on his family's lawn. Qualls retaliated by whipping out his ticket book and issuing the youngster with a $2500 ticket.

The fine was later dropped and reduced to 'contributing to the delinquency of a minor', which carries a smaller fine. Qualls, an 18-year veteran of the Piedmont Police Force was ultimately fired after Piedmont Mayor Valerie Thomerson allegedly received emails from over 200 livid residents complaining about the incident.

Jarrod Leaman, Ken Qualls attorney, informed the public that Officer Qualls felt let down by the city and the Police Force for failing to stand by him.

“He is disappointed with the city because he put his life on the line for the city every day,” attorney Jarrod Leaman said.

The city needs to be renamed ~ Embellishment, Oklahoma, as there isn't a single person in this story that didn't grossly overreact starting from the Mayor all the way down to her constituents?
